| Cancellation Policy * We do not require a deposit for campsites, however, deposit information must be given at time of reservation to reserve a site. * If you cancel your reservation 7+ days in advance of your check-in date, you will be charged a $10 processing fee - or - you have the option to change the date for a future stay within the current camping season and pay a $10 processing fee. *If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days of your check-in date you will charged a one (1) night fee. *Cancellations will not be accepted via Email, Facebook or Voicemail. To cancel your reservation please call the country store at 540-377-2650 during store hours. Rates and/or Rules are subject to change without notice. * 15% Active Duty Military Discount. * 20% Group Rate Discount - minimum of 8 sites. All sites must be reserved by single individual and deposit is required. Deposit amount will be equal to the first night's stay times the number of sites reserved. Firewood Quarantines The transport of firewood is a primary cause for the spread of certain harmful pests. That's why we recommend that you not bring your own firewood to the campground. Please visit Don't Move Firewood for details on the threats of moving firewood. We encourage you to buy it at or near the park and be sure to burn all the wood before leaving. Quarantines have been issued by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to restrict the movement of firewood from pest-affected counties.
